AUTHORISEME
Our services

What we do

One partner. Full compliance. All of Europe.

What we take on

What your booking covers, point by point.

Authorised representation

  • We are your legal authorised representative in every market you book.
  • We carry the legal responsibility for your EPR obligations there.
  • We are the official point of contact for the authority.
  • One power of attorney for your whole company — not one per country.

Registration & authorities

  • We register you with the national register and the responsible authority.
  • We check your documents before they are filed.
  • We file the power of attorney and the evidence, and follow the case.
  • You see it in the portal as soon as the registration is active.

PRO

  • No contract with a PRO yet? We conclude it for you.
  • Already have one? Upload it and we check it.
  • We pick the PRO that fits the market and the waste stream.
  • Licence fees are billed to you by the PRO directly.

Reporting to authorities

  • We file reports with the responsible authorities as part of the agreed service.
  • Reporting directly to the PRO is not part of the standard service today; that stays with you. We are working on making it easier through the platform.
  • Ahead of each reporting deadline, we send you a reminder so that you do not miss the relevant deadline for the respective Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) or authority. Depending on the country, reporting may be required monthly, quarterly or annually.

Regulatory monitoring

  • We follow how the law develops across the EU markets.
  • If something changes for a market you booked, we get in touch.
  • When a new obligation arrives, we tell you what it means for you.

What you contribute

Some things only your company can do. So you know before you start.

  • Fill in the questionnaire for each market and waste stream.
  • Sign the power of attorney — electronically, notarised, or with an apostille, depending on the country.
  • Upload your existing PRO contract, if you already have one.
  • Tell us the volumes you place on the market, so we can report them.
  • Report your volumes directly to the PRO — that is yours to do for now.
  • Spain: apply for a NIF if you do not have one — it takes weeks and carries fees.
  • Germany: name us as your authorised representative in the LUCID portal. Only your company can do that.
  • In some markets: upload your latest volume declaration.
  • Settle the invoice — the registration starts after that.

Not included

Costs and topics that sit outside our fees.

  • PRO licence fees. They follow your volumes and are billed by the PRO directly.
  • Notarisation and apostille, where a country demands them for the power of attorney. One-off, and different per country.
  • Tax advice and VAT registration in the target market.
  • Customs clearance, import duties and logistics.
  • Product compliance, labelling and the design of your packaging.
  • Take-back, collection and disposal of the goods themselves — that is what the PRO network does.
